In March 2022, I decided to take part in 36 Days Of Type. This is a well-known challenge across the Instagram design community that happens every year. The first 26 days are focused on each letter of the alphabet from A-Z and the last 10 days are focused on the numbers 0-9. The deadline for each submission to be seen by the creators of the challenge and potentially reposted each day is 11pm UK time but you can catch up after that time as well if you want to. The challenge started on 7th March and ended on 10th April this year and I am proud to say that I kept up with the whole challenge and uploaded my designs consistently. I enjoyed the fact that this allowed me to see an evolution with my style and I eventually found the style I was comfortable with later on in the challenge and kept with it.
I created each submission using Illustrator because I want to keep the artboards in one place and it is the best tool for me to use for typography design.
